Lead Pastor
Pastor Mouhannad Moses was born in Basra, Iraq in 1976. His early years were spent in a country that was ravaged by war, devastation, and suffering. In 1998, Pastor Moses converted from Islam to Christianity because of his strong belief in Jesus Christ. In 2005, he and his wife, Enas, moved to Lebanon where he graduated with a Bachelor of Theology degree from the Christian Alliance Institute of Theology in Beirut. Pastor Moses and Enas emigrated from Lebanon to Syria in 2008, where he became pastor at Jesus the Light of the World Alliance Church in Damascus. Because converting to Christianity is illegal in Syria, he was forced to leave that country. With the help of the United Nations, Pastor Moses and his family immigrated to the United States in 2009. Buffalo, New York became their home for eight years. In Buffalo, he became assistant pastor at Grace Point Alliance Church. He was also active at the International Institute where he helped refugees acclimate to their new life in the United States. In 2014, he became a proud citizen of the United States. He and Enas have been blessed with three children: Rose, Rawan, and Rachel. Pastor Moses is the author of two books: God Rises Against ISIS and America, Jesus, and Me, the Refugee.
